Webinar Overview
This session will focus on and celebrate real-life stories from leaders in the resident engagement field. Michele Tarsitano-Amato, Director of Creative Arts Therapy/ Dementia Specialist at Kendal at Oberlin, and Kayla Hunter, Lifestyle Coordinator at Americare Senior Living, will share their experiences, including inspiring stories of success. They will also describe the challenges they faced in creating meaningful and purposeful opportunities for residents, especially those living with cognitive change.
Attendees will also learn about tried-and-true strategies they have implemented and walk away with actionable advice on how to implement these strategies successfully in their communities.
